Justice Michael Kirby of the High Court of Australia has called for a for Australia in the near future. Mr Kirby was delivering the 10th annual (Prime Minister Bob) Hawke lecture at the University of South Australia’s Hawke Centre. Lecture date: 10 October 2007.
