A formal call for Notice of Motion(s) has been made for this year’s eAGM and any proposal will need to be lodged before 5pm 18 February 2017.
Report/minutes of 2016 eAGM (and Declaration of the Election)
Civil Liberties Australia Inc’s electronic Annual General Meeting for 2016 has concluded, with a ‘turnout’ overall of about 59%, voting overwhelmingly to accept the formal reports and the financial report. 25 March 2016
eAGM 2016 – Update
The CLA electronic Annual General Meeting is in progress. Financial members have been sent a voting token via email or a postal ballot paper. Voting closes 5pm (AEDT) 21 March 2015 and all members are encouraged to vote. 7 Mar 2016
