Report of the eAGM 2014

Civil Liberties Australia Inc’s electronic Annual General Meeting for 2014 has concluded, with a 56% ‘turnout’ overall. We also received very many favorable comments on CLA’s work during the year…and a few suggesting change and improvement.

CLA eAGM

The CLA electronic Annual General Meeting is currently in progress. Financial members will have received either a voting token via email or a postal ballot paper. Voting closes 5pm (AEST) 23 March 2014 and all members are encouraged to vote.

Proposed Motions for Discussion at the eAGM ’14

In preparation for the 2014 electronic Annual General Meeting (eAGM) voting the following motions are proposed by the Board for the consideration of members: Do you approve the President’s Report 2013, as tabled? Do you approve the Treasurer’s Report 2013, as tabled? Do you approve the Civil Liberties Australia Annual Report 2013, as tabled? Voting for this year’s eAGM begins on 9 March, and goes until 23 March for all forms of voting. A formal call for Notice of Motion(s) has been made for this year’s eAGM and any proposal will need to be lodged before 5pm 22 February 2014.
